Hertel refers an Orlans top attorney Marshall Isaacs for criminal investigation

Ingham County Register of Deeds Curtis Hertel Jr. has referred a top attorney from Orlans Associates, one of Michigan’s largest mortgage foreclosure law firms, to law enforcement for a criminal investigation of allegations of robo-signing.

Hertel tells Michigan Messenger that he referred Marshall Isaacs and examples of his signatures filed at the Ingham County Register of Deeds to law enforcement because he believes Isaacs did not sign all the legal documents. 1. According to a recent press release by a foreclosure mill in Troy, MI, robo-signing does not occur at their firm and anyone insinuating that doesn’t know what they are talking about. Steve Dilbert and Curtis Hertel must have fallen on their heads! I guess it is not unusual for an attorney to have MULTIPLE signatures, (he better get to practicing them all) Talk about gross misrepresentations, I have experienced first hand the assistance they offer to people experiencing a financial crisis and it is far from ethical. I would venture to say they are rude and unprofessional. On the other hand Mr. Dilbert has given me guidance and help and sometimes just listened to my frustration with my MERS/Orlans/Freddie Mac/BOA foreclosure in Michigan that has recently been rescinded. And he never pushed me to use his trusted attorney’s or asked me for a dime. I find it odd that a law firm would write up a press release instead of suing Mr. Dilbert, but they are probably busy fixing documents. I support Mr. Dilbert and Mr. Hertel in their investigation. If you are signing legal documents, it is not normal to have so many signatures and I am sure if they are not being investigated now, they soon will be.
