A copy of an intensive investigative report on this matter was presented to the members of NJ Tea Party Coalition by two esteemed board members of NJTPC at their February 2011 General Meeting.
Subsequently a copy was provided to Governor Christie as well as to a Govenor’s staff member and also to a Congressman. Also at that same time, a copy was given to an NBC reporter in Feburary and he produced a small on-line write up on this same subject. The NBC reporter neglected to attribute credit to even a small portion of the facts provided by NJTPC.
There is much more to this story and we hope that in the interest of all mortgage holders, those who are paying their mortages on time and those who have defaulted, will receive government intervention in the form of a solution.
This report by NBC leads one to believe that those who have been foreclosed upon are the ONLY ones who may or may not have a basis for complaint. This issue is also connected to manner in which MERS is processing, who in fact has the note to your mortgage and how these mortgages are bundled and sold.
This is the tip of the iceberg if you will…………
