    Hello
If the woman from the FDIC thinks she is going to bribe homeowners into taking money from the banks , she is mistaken. Now, the general public is more savvy, and they realize that they have been duped by the banks. They also realize that they can sue and probably win because of fraud committed by the banks. I was never late on my mortgage until the bank called and said that they had obtained my loan from Novastar. It was a subprime loan with a very high interest rate. They told me that I had to go late in order to get a loan modification. It took me three months to decide to go late but I did. It has been a fiasco ever since and still no loan modification. I have paperwork signed by a fake robo signer for the assignment of mortgage. They have committed fraud upon the court. They need to be held accountable. The banks are crooked and we all know it. Once this airs, people are going to be coming out of the woodwork to confront the banks. The only people that the FDIC will get to accept money are the same ones that thought Obama and Palin were on the same ticket. Most of them probably don’t own homes, so, the banks will probably be batting zero. No more dumb fools to lead to slaughter. My friends and I have been very instrumental in stopping foreclosures. You just have to have the knowledge and the tenacity to go forward. Thanks for all of your hard work. We are going to see a definite change here in the next few months.

I would like to see the property owners, themselves, receive $2,000,000 for damages, since half must go the private attorney. The court should throw out the foreclosure and award the house too. No one wants to continue business with criminals, e. g the mortgage companies, banks. Believe me, there are some major accouting problems too.

Settling for what they’ve already stolen is not good enough.

We see millions awarded to banks and other companies. What about a homeowner this time?
