Fed Report Finds No Wrongful Foreclosures By Banks, Consumer Advocates Slam Methodology

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A months-long investigation into abusive mortgage practices by the Federal Reserve found no wrongful foreclosures, members of the Fed’s Consumer Advisory Council said Thursday.

During a public meeting attended by Fed chairman Ben Bernanke and other regulators, consumer advocates on the panel criticized federal bank regulators for narrowly defining what constitutes a “wrongful foreclosure.” At least one member of the panel voiced concerns that the public would not take the Fed’s findings of improper practices seriously, since the wide-ranging review did not find a single homeowner who was wrongfully foreclosed upon.

    Ben Bernanke NEEDS to go to prison himself, along with all the other CEO’s. The FEDS NEED to be audited, and shut down! The people of this country are FED up with his lie’s, he is nothing but the biggest criminal. Send them all to prison, return their bonuses/bailout, sell all their shit. Burn, burn, burn. Regulation needs to be the up most priority in this country, that will create jobs for sure. The people of this country are catching on, & its a matter of time and their party will be over. Lets stick a chip in their ass, cause America is watching & learning who the real criminals are that caused this crisis. one by one, they will fall.

    They must have missed our wrongful foreclosure and voided trustee sale here in Marin County, CA, entities involved in case they want to check their records again ~ Fremont Investment and Loan, Litton Loan Servicing, MERS, HSBC and McCarthy and Holthus aka Quality Loan Service/LSI Title Insurance.

    I don’t care for Bernie Madoff but in view of whats going on,I think he got the shaft and he was set up to fail as well.Why aren’t any of the rest of these shiesters in prison with him?They couldn’t find one wrongful foreclosure?Come on they think that were not the brightest lights in the harbor because they view themselves that way.We just need to figure out how to get rid of all of them orlife is going to get a lot rougher.Nuke them all until they glow.

Refuting the Feds’ proclamation that no “wrong” was done regarding fabricated foreclosures, is the fact that lenders are reclaiming their foreclosure files from foreclosure mill lawyers who engage in foreclosure frauds. In fact, the latest news about Freddie Mac taking foreclosure files from yet another foreclosure mill law firm (formerly David L. Stern and now Marshal C. Watson) is cause for alarm!

    The recovered foreclosure files contain facts about thousands of properties for which fraudulent, defective property titles have become recorded after sham foreclosures –and people they THINK they bought clear properties, but the true owners yet legally own their homes; and about abandoned properties (example: http://artvoice.com/issues/v10… ).

    The files that Freddie Mac recovered from lawyers engaged in fraud would include evidence of criminal frauds and Constitutional WRONGS in furtherance of fraudulent foreclosures. And victims have rights to damages against lenders who hired foreclosure mills which caused “actionable damages” –and such actions are distinct from who owns mortgage notes; however, damages would help toward “offsetting” people’s debt amount.

    Freddie Mac’s and other lenders’ possession of evidence that could show criminal frauds and various Constitutional wrongs in the commission of fraudulent foreclosures carried out by foreclosure mills, impedes victims from recovering damages against those mills become neatly tucked away. Not even Freddie Mac or other lenders bother to sue those foreclosure mills for manifest malpractice, as even doing so will expose information that INJURED homeowners could utilize to recover against servicers as well as foreclosure mill lawyers!

    It is NOT good news to read of Freddie Mac or any lender taking its foreclosure files from foreclosure mills. Unfortunately, Attorneys General don’t seem able to prevent critical information from being absconded, which could help AG’s in investigating and prosecuting willful fraud and crime; and people who are stripping State and City Revenues.

    The despicable, fraudulent manner in which thousands of families have become “wronged” and homeless due to illegal foreclosure proceedings and fabricated documents filed civil and in bankruptcy court FAR OUTWEIGH most arrears. The likely thousands of fraudulent “deficiency judgments” that foreclosure mill lawyers illegally acquired against homeowners, and the undue IRS tax bills that scores of people received –simply due to foreclosure fraud is outrageously wrongs –if there were any Feds or courts that bothered with such things as fairness and the Constitution! ** http://chn.ge/eU2zAm
