Set up by Fannie Mae.They mailed us saying we could get a loan between 2.5% and 4%.After 9 months af faxing paperwork and 100′S of phone calls and Fannie Mae telling us not to make a payment that they could stop Bank of Amercia from foreclosing until we got our loan.They said that Bank of Amercia worked for them.We actual sent money to Fannie Mae same as our monthly payment (1 month).Then all of a sudden one day they would not talk to us any more (Fannie mae)We were forced to file Chapter 13 because of this.Please stop Fannie Mae and Bank of Amercia from doing this to other faimlies.It is too late for us the damage is already done.
