Unbelievable words from Ms. Downs – Pres of the Florida Bar Racketeers —- … “assist us in maintaining the dignity of our profession, and the publics confidence in our judicial system (in Fl)…”. HELLOOO HELLOO!! what planet are you on simpleton. The public has NO confidence in the Florida Courts — ZERO !! and there is a major move afoot to Disbar the Fla Bar; there is a radio show dedicated to this disbarment; there are active complaints to the US DoJ, the FBI, and there is a grass roots swell rising to do what William Shakespeare once suggested. And you say “DIGNITY” ha ha. The Florida Bar is only one thing – a Lawyer protection agencey, dedicated solely to defending lawyers who drink the Bars coolaid. Lawyers who stand up for what is right and ethical are turned into roadkill. Bin There; Bin Burnt; I know it all. Payback is coming from the fed up masses!
