The lenders need to follow the Law. What you are saying is that if robberies are growing to fantastic new highs lets not call stealing robbery. Let’s call it relieving a person of property, then the numbers will drop. How in the heck can you blame the consumer or borrower to come up with this complex plan to make trillions of dollars. Wells Fargo is turning into one of the greatest thieves in history.

It’s even more of a problem if they don’t take care of the homeowners sitting with a bunch of fraudulent documents. Yes, they need to look at changes for the future, but what about what we’re going through now. Homeowners were defruaded by the banks and their subsidiaries with overstated appraisals. Perhaps, if they bring every home down to 80% LTV through cramdowns, homeowners would be in the spot they should have been in in the first place. This would build up consumer confidence and bring back the middle class that was deceived by all of the fraud. I think the financial advisors to Obama have got him fooled.
So much could have been avoided if somebody would have listened to the homeowner in 2006-2007.America’s Servicing Company would set you up in order to defaut. ASC/Wells Fargo Mortgage put countless homeowners out in the streets and they were RESPONSIBLE! Nobody
seemed to care.I’ve been doing research on them over the past few years and it is alarming the shady tactics they use to ruin the lives of the American people.
