ARE MERS’ SIGNATURES ON DOCUMENTS REAL or SCANNED DUPLICATES?

ARE MERS’ SIGNATURES ON DOCUMENTS REAL or SCANNED DUPLICATES?

The following documents appear to be either stamped in or scanned in but in no way signed by any human on this earth.

This also backs up Angela Nolan deposition where she states:

Let me explain the process. This is an electronic signature, so there’s certain states that allow electronic signatures. And I believe I sent you documentation on that where we sign our name, it’s scanned into a database, then the  signatures are applied electronically.

So here is some of the examples…. and do not ask me to get ALL that are there because I will need an entire year to gather them all.

Take a look at the notary signatures.

WOW!!!!!!!! Talk about blatant fraud. All of th signatures are copy and pasted. None of the signatures are above the signature line which is evidence of a copy and paste event. Look on page 13 and 14 at the signature of Sherry L. Sheffler. Look very close to the lower case y in her first name and you will see the bottom part of the y is cut off from the sloppy copy and paste job. But all of the signatures are copy/cut and paste jobs. These are not wet ink signatures by any means. When there is a line to sign on 99.99% of humans sign ON THE LINE and their signature will fall above and below the signature line.

  2. The necessity for a “real life human being signature” on legal paperwork is to hold a human accountable for fraud and perjury in the event the signing party is committing a crime by signing the document. What if million of mortgages and notes were robo-signed electronically or cut and pasted by the homeowners? Wouldn’t that invalidate the contract?

Plausible deniability is at the heart of robo-signing whether it be fake V.P.s, fake secretaries, or fake mill attorneys.

Robo-signing is just another clue to the massive fraud we are encountering. Fraud in the underwriting/appraisals of loans, fraud in the securitization, and fraud in the foreclosures. And the talking heads in the media will counter with the argument that these are merely technical glitches of an under staffed foreclosure process by the “lenders.”

In actuality, it is proof that Wall Street is now covering up the systemic fraud by utilizing the media to promote propaganda against a national moratorium which will further impede our country’s economic recovery. There will be no recovery without transparancy and due process as evidenced by Title companies refusing to lose money by guaranteeing clear title on homes with clouded titles. The titles are clouded by the same system which promotes, aids and abets fraud on the courts and forgeries.

People responsible for fraud and forgeries will need to go to jail to prove that property ownership is guided by rule of law and its inherent consequences. Nobody will invest in Real Estate if they know they could be screwed by a crooked system except crooked companies that profit from loss created by clouded titles, bogus stock evaluations, and false appraisal values.

I have researched and found several release of mortgage documents notarized by Sherry Sheffler on behalf of Verdugo Trustee Service that are WILDLY different than those above. If the op of this post would like me to provide my copies for others to use as proof of robo-signing, feel free to email me. Similarly, you can also search out release of mortgages containing “VERDUGO KENNETH BALOGH” and you should find plenty of Sherry’s Signatures which are not electronic.
