“Assignment of Mortgage”
though the notary says she notarized the signature of Rose C. Lara who is also identified as an Assistant Secretary of that same company,
“Assignment of Mortgage.”

Major FAIL. But did you notice the other errors ?
Printed name under signature is NOT Rose C. Lara – Looks like Lasa Wickser – Nothing remotely resembling the letter R. Clearly the notary says the person she is notarizing is Rose C. Lara but the person who’s squiggle appears as a signature, says otherwise, when printing their name out under the signature, otherwise.
Missing gaps in sections of the underline suggesting photo shop or white out.
Document is NOT recorded, and not a notarized copy certified by custodian of records (county clerk) so cannot be introduced into evidence without some other foundation or introduction, in Florida it would be hearsay and you could move to strike or exclude.
OH, can’t edit my post but I see the Rose C. Lara / Lasa Wickser issue was noticed. Duh. Just goes to show you need to read everything twice. Obviously I need more coffee, or less coffee, before starting to type.

typos happen. And that is a human error; what is being discussed is not human error. . . it’s fraud. . 🙂
Rose Lara is the biggest Robo-Signer/ Fraudster. She supposedly works one of her jobs for Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC in Irvine, California who are house thieves. She also goes by the name Rose C. Lara, Rosa Lara and Rose Castro Lara. She has many employers and many different job titles. NY Kings County Supreme Court Justice Schack has her listed as his top Robo-Signer. So, watch out for her signature, right now her fake signature is trying to steal my home but, I will not let those fraudsters get away with it.
