:I had a house in ca and Mrs got it. I knew mers were wrong but I was broke and didn’t quite understand the angles being used. I get it now. I’ve held on to my paper work and since cases have prevailed I would like to get involved with slaying the dragon. Please email me with info. Thank you, Carey Baca. -I have a lot of info
I would like to network/educate myself n others to “slay[] the dragon”. I’m just going into default. the new servicer is Ocwen. I’ve had the home since 2006. I re-mod in 2009. There’s been several servicers/debt collectors since. Now, I’m of the opinion that Ocwen does not have the original Note(s). they just bought the debt from the last debt collector. So, I’m trying to find out who the owner of Note(s)is, has it been assigned, what’s the remic, the cik#,for sec trust, does mortage insurance pay the home on the 91st day of my not making the payment, has the mortage been satisfied, have they received any tax credits or adjustments? Any 411 that you can help me with will be appreciated. And as you can tell by time I’m still researching and I ‘ve at it all day! I need to find the web sites where I can access the right 411.I understand that a private process may be the key. I know a little about that. But I feel backed up against the wall. I need to get something that I can use to as leverage against these monsters. About 10 days ago I sent Ocwen A debt collector disclosure statement, asking for 411 because their reps over the phone will NOT EVEN PROVIDE ME with the name of the real lender. Okay, thank you in advance and I hope to hear from you. Good day or is it goodnite? P.s. have you heard of 16 CFR 433.2 the Holder in Due C ourse Rule?
