  1. Toby J Jackson says:

Wells Fargo initiated a foreclosure that was set for Dec 20th 2020 that got discontinued due to the commonly known address 5208 Sumner Heights Dr E, Edgewood WA 98372 being improperly filed as 5304 Sumner Heights Dr E Edgewood, WA 98372 with DOT encumbering the sale. They sold my Mortgage in a REMIC to Selene Finance who started and stopped foreclosure proceedings 4 or 5 times. finally selling at auction Dec. 8th 2023 to a guy who paid via a new mortgage w a promissory note and all that didn’t clear the auction house until dec 15th 2023. I got charged for all of Selene’s new legal fees, all the filing fees and canceling fees not to mention all the years’ worth of monthly accruing payments and fines. As though it was my fault they had an unenforceable contract. They filed and filed until they got it right. I wrote them letters telling them of their errors only to give them more to info for them to adjust their filing to, I believe.
