  1. dcbreidenbach says:

people -send this to your state AG’s -add the names of the lawfirm-collection agencies in your states-also all bar associations prohibit fee sharing by attys so make complaints against these guys that file this toilet paper to support foreclosures —the lawyers are splitting fees with the collection agents in their offices-and using this crap instead of real evidence-fraud on courts——–file complaints with bar associations–fight back every way you can-dont play by their rules-in courts with unfathomable processes and magic words that you dont know

  2. My only comment is,”Thank God people are finally beginning to look at this and truly understand the implications. We as Americans have to stand together, and stop the corruption, dishonesty, and the pure greed of wallstreet.” Boy, I had to take a deep breath after that one.

O.K. I’ll get off my soap box. I guess what I want to say to you, is if my husband and i became victims of loan modification fraud and foreclosure fraud, it really can happen to any-one. The cases and judgements across the nation are surely optimistic. Don’t we all have a right to the American Dream?

I would love to hear from anyone, that has other input, please E-Mail me at theweave3576@att.net
